PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Preschool-age children from low- income families in Philadelphia and southeastern Pennsylvania are the beneficiaries of a $1.6 million grant to The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia from United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania. The three-year grant will fund Children's Hospital's role in a program known as Early to Learn: Partners in School Readiness.

Your goal here is to keep yourself moderately preoccupied with an activity so that she'll get on with her own without too much hand-holding from you.
