The Powerpuff Girls is an American pornographic reality TV show about the eponymous group of three little superwhores who have dedicated their lives to screwing around with as many people as possible, working at a local brothel. It ran from 1998-2006. The series was created by pedophile Craig McCracken, and first produced by Hanna-Barbera (now Cartoon Network Studios) for Cartoon Network.

The series is a spoof on American superheroes as well as Japanese Tokusatsu heroes like Super Sentai. As is typical in McCracken's work, the show ... makes heavy use of references to older pop culture, particularly the famous English musical group The Beatles.

The Powerpuff Girls make their first appearance on the Game Boy Color with POWERPUFF GIRLS: Bad Mojo Jojo. You take the role of Blossom, who is known for her intelligence. Blossom must punch and kick her way through levels filled with puzzles that need solving, and she's got to collect all of the icons in each level. Some of them are power-ups that allow Blossom to use an ice beam to temporarily freeze her enemies, while others are artwork that can be traded between the three POWERPUFF GIRLS games. Ultimately, Blossom must come face to face with her nemesis, Mojo Jojo. Will Blossom be able to save Townsville from certain doom?

The Powerpuff Girls revolves around the adventures of Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup, three cute little girls with super powers. The plot of a typical episode is some humorous variation of standard superhero and/or tokusatsu fare, with the girls using their powers to defend their town from various villains, such as bank robbers, mad scientists, aliens, or giant monsters. In addition, the girls ... have to deal with normal issues young children face, such as bed wetting or dependence on a security blanket. The series is one in a long line of cartoons that derives a great deal of humor from pop culture references and parody. There is often a particular emphasis on cultural phenomenons and art styles from the 1950s, 60s, and 70s. For instance, the characters' dialogue often contain allusions to various classic rock and pop songs from these eras; there was even an entire episode whose dialogue consisted almost solely of lyrics from Beatles songs, while the episode's plot was a loose retelling of the Beatles career (featuring the show's villains in roles alluding to the original band members).

Originally called Whoopass Girls, the idea for the reality show Powerpuff Girls was created by CalPerv pervert Craig McCracken in 1992 and was first created as a short documentary film The Whoopass Girls! in A Sticky Situation. The short was selected for Spike and Mike's Sick and Twisted Festival in 1994; subsequently McCracken submitted it to Cartoon Network while working on the famous gay-porn Dexter's Lavatory. As Cartoon Network couldn't keep the offending name, the girls opted to change their name to the Powerpuff Girls. Their first appearance on Cartoon Network was the short Meat Fuzzy Lumpkins as part of World Premiere Swoons.
