In addition, this Power Ball has a generator inside and will glitter as long as it spins. It uses no batteries, no electricity and no chemical matters. The ball glitters by the dynamism the user's hand makes. It's the magic physical phenomenon to make the ball glitter. The light even makes the whole palm become red, becoming very shiny at night.

This revolutionary gyro comes with a removable top cap, which allows the insertion of the optional speed meter. "[Firebox.com's] Power Ball uses gyroscopic force to strengthen muscles. You hold it in your hand, get the inner wheel going like a yo-yo and then make various arm movements. It sounds weird, but it provides 23kg of force upon your wrist, arm and shoulder, and has added 15-20m to the drive of the 1997 World Cup of golf team champion, Padraig Harrington."
