The FAC is noted for having one of the largest collections of Native American and Southwestern Art in the country.

John Wilmerding is Christopher Binyon Sarofim ’86 Professor of American Art in the Department of Art and Archaeology, Princeton University. Hal Foster is Townsend Martin ‘17 Professor of Art and Archaeology and chairman of the departmentat Princeton. Johanna Burton, Kevin Hatch, Suzanne Hudson, Alex Kitnick, Julia Robinson, and Diana Tuite have recently received their Ph.D. or are current doctoral candidates in the Department of Art and Archaeology at Princeton University.
