In October of 2006, Playboy magazine came to El Paso in search of UTEP coeds for their May 2007 Girls of the Conference USA issue. El Paso Magazine Senior Editor, Mary Johnson, shadowed the process from tryouts to the final shoot. Playboy, the first magazine ever to be honored on a stamp, joins the company of other international icons who have been immortalized on St. Vincent stamps including Elvis Presley, Princess Diana and John Lennon. The stamps will be issued by the government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines on December 1, 2003, and will be available for purchase through PlayboyStore.com as well as at any St. Vincent and the Grenadines Post Office.
