The best inexpensive agent for killing the staphylococci that are causing the pimples is a 1:120 bleach solution. Make it by mixing 1 tablespoon of bleach in 2 quarts of water. Clean any part of the skin that has old or new pimples with this solution (or with soap and water) for 10 minutes, 3 times a day for 2 or 3 days.
