Statue of Peter Pan in London In Peter Pan in Scarlet, there are various mentions of Peter's ability to imagine things into existence, such as food. He ... creates various windows/doors to places in Neverland. He also is said to be able to feel danger when it's near. He is the only person on the island who can understand the language of the fairies. In Peter Pan in Scarlet, it says that when Curly's puppy licks Peter, it licks off a lot of fairy dust, suggesting that Peter generates it himself.
PETER PAN: Because he never wanted to grow up, Peter Pan ran away when he was born. He now lives with and is the leader of the lost boys in the Neverland. He can be gentle and kind, but is usually mischievous, selfish, and a little uncaring. He does... care for Wendy. In the end he stays in the Neverland, where time stands still.

The book, a prequel to "Peter Pan," tells the story of 8-year-old Peter's adventures aboard the Neverland. According to Disney, "Peter and the Starcatchers" is the first of three planned volumes, and a stage adaptation may be forthcoming as well.
Peter Pan, or The Boy Who Wouldn't Grow Up / Peter and Wendy - Peter brings Wendy and her brothers to Neverland, where he has a climactic showdown with his nemesis Captain Hook. Originally told in Barrie's stage play and novel, and repeatedly adapted in various media.
Peter Pan: the ultimate fantasy for a child who doesn't to grow up. Or perhaps it's a fantasy for an adult who still wishes they were a young child, playing games and longing to feel the wind blowing in their hair as they fly through the air. Anyone who has ever played pirates, indians, or even house can find a connection to the classic musical based on J.M. Barrie's play. And in the process of seeing it again, even those who have grown up long ago allow the years to melt away as the Darling family follows the always young Peter to Neverland - a land where a band of lost boys never grow up, and with the help of Tiger Lily and her tribe of indians, even a band of pirates are no true threat. With a score by Moose Charlap and Carolyn Leigh, and additional lyrics by Betty Comden and Adolph Green and additional music by Jule Styne, Peter Pan has the requisite charm and magic which has made it an enduring classic since the play premiered in 1904, and since the musical made its first appearance on Broadway in 1954.
Few of those films ever sought to qualify as mainstream, but Tim Burton's Ed Wood was a deliberate excursion into the netherworld of Hollywood - indeed, it says more about Peter Pan than Finding Neverland. In addition, Depp sought out Marlon Brando, acted with him in Don Juan DeMarco and then directed the great man in The Brave, a picture that was never properly released.
