Patch: Patches
built 646 days ago
The patch is in 3 parts. The first part is the commit message, as used currently in the Hurd. The second part is diff for changelogs only. And the third part is diff for the code itself, without changelogs. The extra diff for changelogs is just for convenience when applying the patch.
BIOTECH 2007 Life Sciences: A Global Transformation The 353-patient study compared the immune responses generated by Iomai’s needle-free vaccine patch and an injected intramuscular vaccine. Both vaccines contained the same three flu antigens. The trial showed that Iomai’s vaccine patch stimulated an immune response to each of the three antigens in a dose-dependent manner. However, results show that the injected vaccine prompted a greater immune response compared with the patch vaccine. The Iomai patch was well tolerated at all dose levels, consistent with previous safety data from other Iomai patch studies.

The "Tarrant County" like-alike. The first Wise County Sheriff's Department patch was introduced in 1977. The current patch makes use of the Wise County Courthouse and the motto "Established 1856". The courthouse against the star is a portion of the official Wise County flag.
A patch is a small piece of software designed to update or fix problems with a computer program or its supporting data. This includes fixing bugs, replacing graphics and improving the usability or performance. Though meant to fix problems, poorly designed patches can sometimes introduce new problems (see software regressions).
