Paris Hilton is doing a multi-city tour to promote the release of "The HOTTIE & the NOTTIE," which opens in theaters nationwide on February 8th to coincide with Valentine's Day. The tour includes Park City, Dallas, Philadelphia, New York and Los Angeles. The tour begins in Park City on January 20th and concludes with the Harvard visit on February 6th. "The HOTTIE & the NOTTIE" world premiere will be held at the historic Cinerama Dome in Los Angeles on February 4th.

Twisted heiress Paris Hilton hates kittens, especially her shivering, terrified cat Prada, who has "rarely been held or socialized" according to the Kris Kelly Foundation. The foundation let Hilton adopt the innocent kitten in May and has been witness to her heartless cruelty ever since. Cat-hating Hilton didn't neuter Prada for more than six months, and then when she finally took him in she forgot about helpless Prada and abandoned him at the vet for a week until he was rescued by the Kris Kelly Foundation. WORSE STILL: "There were unconfirmed reports that all of Paris’ animals, including Prada, were in her Los Angeles home with no one living on the premises for months at a time, save a housekeeper going in to feed the animal." Proving once again her life is an epic fail, Paris Hilton was investigated by The Los Angeles Department of Animal Services earlier this week after she appeared on Ellen claiming she had 17 dogs. According to state regulations, non-breeders are only allowed to have 3 dogs per household. And according to a medical chart, the only thing Paris breeds is herpes. The Daily Mail says:

In Touch magazine reports that Paris Hilton was spotted with ex-boyfriend Nick Carter on Labor Day at Joseph's Cafe in Los Angeles. The meeting wasn't a friendly one though, as Hilton continues her efforts to get Carter banned from LA clubs.

The same day Paris was released from jail, Judge Michael Sauer ordered Hilton to reappear back in his court the following morning (June 8). At the hearing he declined to be briefed by Hilton's attorney in private chambers on the nature of her condition and sent her back to jail to serve out her original 45-day sentence. Upon hearing the sentence, Hilton shouted, "It's not right!" and started screaming for her mother, who was present in the courtroom. She was then escorted out. Concern about Hilton's condition has led to her being moved to the medical wing of a Los Angeles jail instead of the all female jail in Lynwood.
