The gods endowed her with many talents; Aphrodite gave her beauty, Apollo music, Hermes persuasion, and so forth. Hence her name: Pandora, "all-gifted".

This program unfortunately costs you $8.99 a month on top of your 3G plan, which is $19.99 a month. Pandora has ... redesigned its website to better integrate the listening and community features. The company says they now have 6.9 million registered listeners who have played 4.7 billion songs and voted up or down half a billion times. This makes them, they say, the third largest Internet radio station in the world. They play 94% of their entire catalog every day, so they are dipping far into the long tail of music.

The Beck's and Pandora hospitality area, which will be located in the concierge center and is open to attendees 21 and older, will feature a happy hour from 3 to 6 p.m. today through Wednesday. Laptops in the hospitality area will be tuned to Pandora's personalized music service. Pandora representatives will be on hand to walk listeners and members of the media through the music service, which allows them to create up to 100 personal radio stations and refine them by providing feedback via the Pandora radio tuner.

While the album Won't Look Back introduced a more mature acoustic sound, 9 Lives takes this further - Pandora makes the transition from dance music to more mature pop with a change in new fresh material on this album. This didn't ... stop the opening guitar up-tempo track A Love Like This to peak #2 in the Japan ZIP-FM Top 20 Dance chart though, and it soon went #1 at the Top 100 chart!!
