The Pager module shows a miniature view of the Afterstep desktops which are specified in the command line. This is a useful reminder of where your active windows are. Windows in the pager are accordingly to MyStyle definitions "*PagerUWindowStyle" - for unfocused windows, "*PagerFWindowStyle" - for focused windows and "*PagerSWindowStyle" - for sticky windows. If you never defined those MyStyles, Pager will default to same styles as used for actual windows.

Starting with version 1.7.122 Pager no longer loads background images into the memory. Module asetroot should be used to accomplish that task. But Pager will still be able to switch backgrounds as you switch between desks, after you've run asetroot to load images. Use *PagerDontDrawBg option in pager config file to TURN background switching OFF.

Yesterday, Frontier Airlines (NASDAQ: FRNT) was awarded final authority from the Department of Transportation (DOT) to begin non-stop service between Cabo San Lucas (SJD) from Sacramento (SMF) with three flights a week and San Jose (SJD) with four flights per week. Every POCSAG pager falls into one of eight pager groups based on pager address. A POCSAG transmission consists of a 576-bit preamble code that is used to "wake up" pagers that are in a battery-saver mode. A batch of pages consist of a synchronization code followed by eight transmission "frames." A frame is a fixed number of bits that begins at a fixed time duration after the transmission of the sync code. Each frame is transmitted back to back following the sync code. After the eighth frame is transmitted,the next batch consisting of a sync code and eight more frames can be sent.
