Wilson has been in the news quite a bit lately since his suicide attempt. First there was news that him and Kate may be getting back together. That was quickly squashed as rumor was Jessica Simpson and him were hanging out and beginning a romance. Now Owen is in the news because a source close to Owen says that his suicide attempt was because of Kate Hudson and his love for her.

Kate has nothing to do with it. Owen Wilson's problem is substance abuse and depression. It's called dual diagnosis and it's SERIOUS. If he's suicidal, he should be admitted to a mental health facility to receive the help he needs, instead of romping on the beach with a publicity-seeking stripper. Plus, he's already back to his old ways (drinking heavily at the Viceroy Hotel in Santa Monica)! He's like watching a train wreck in slow motion.
