In Out of Practice, the 31-year-old actor plays Benjamin Barnes, youngest son of a family of doctors. Ben's the only one who didn't finish medical school, instead becoming a marriage therapist. The ironic thing is, he's probably the sanest person in the Barnes family.

Out of Practice is a short-lived American situation comedy television series that originally aired on CBS from September 19, 2005 to March 29, 2006. With Emmy Award-winning producers Joe Keenan and Christopher Lloyd (Frasier'[S] producers) at the helm, the show is about a family of five doctors who have little in common and usually not get along. CBS officially cancelled it on May 17, 2006 at its upfront presentation.

The police of Los Angeles have recently had a lot of fun, when they were filling out papers to register a series of car accidents. As it turned out, drivers were losing control and running into other vehicles because of a giant women's pubis, which they could see displayed on the front part of an oncoming car. The LA police started desperately looking for the unfortunate pubis and came upon the tracks of young hairdresser, Nelly Node.

[T]he second and third episodes of Out of Practice show clear improvement. The groundwork has been laid and everyone can get on with the business of providing entertainment. And it’s proving to be a well-written show with strong performances and some clever lines. It even has its moments where the viewer’s own laughter coincides with the canned variety provided.

The changes do not affect Sony's distribution of the upcoming James Bond release, "Casino Royale," due out in theatres this November. Additionally, MGM and Sony have extended their relationship in regards to the Bond franchise with both MGM and Sony agreeing to co-produce and co-distribute the next Bond movie, as well as "Pink Panther" and others to be determined. MGM and Sony, along with Revolution Studios are ... teaming up in a co-financing arrangement on "Rocky Balboa," which will be released by MGM on December 22, 2006.
