1. Brittany Spears
   Brittany Spears and Whitney Houston certainly have the potential to make real names for themselves on the court this season. Together with a talented Lady Buffs squad the team hopes fans will not only giggle at the Spears-Houston names but cheer the entire team all the way to the Big 12 Championships.
2. Satan -- Middle Ages
   In the Qur'an, "Satan" is the term applied to those beings who will strive until the Last Day to divert mankind from the path of Allah. The ancestor of all these satans is Iblis, the one who originally rebelled against Allah, at the time of the creation of the Prophet Adam (as).
3. Britney Spears -- Star
   Pop singing superstar and budding actress Britney Spears, slated to co-star with Bette Midler and Cher in the 2007 comedy <i>In the Pinki> – is an advocate of reading. Despite her hectic schedule, recent marriage, and baby on the way, Britney still finds time to read.
4. Spears -- Spears School
   Professors from Oklahoma State University’s Spears School of Business are visiting India during the week of January 22-26 to encourage high school students to get their undergraduate education at OSU, a top-ranked American comprehensive university. OSU is already the choice of thousands of postgraduate students from India. This initiative is to extend the same welcome to students preparing for their undergraduate admission.
5. Cover
   Cover acts or bands are entertainers who perform a broad variety of crowd-pleasing material for audiences who enjoy the familiarity of hit songs. Such bands draw from Top 40 hits of different decades to provide a pleasurable nostalgic entertainment in bars, on cruise ships and at events such as weddings, family celebrations and corporate functions.
6. Betty Boop
   Oddly, Betty Boop was the subject of additional publicity in 1934 when Helen Kane launched a major lawsuit against Max Fleischer and Paramount Studios for the "deliberate caricature" that produced "unfair competition" that exploited her personality and image. While Miss Kane had risen to fame in the 1920s as "The Boop-Oop-A-Doop Girl" star of stage, recordings, and films for Paramount, her career was over by 1930. Interestingly, Paramount promoted the development of Betty Boop following Miss Kane's decline. As Miss Kane's claims seemed on the surface to be valid, it was proven that her appearance was not unique in that she and the Betty Boop character bore a resemblance to Clara Bow, another major star of Paramount. But the largest evidence against Miss Kane's case was her claims to the origins of her singing style. While and outgrowth of Jazz "scat singing," testimony revealed that Miss Kane had witnessed a black performer, "Baby Esther" using a similar characterization in an act at the famous Cotton Clubnightclub in Harlem some years earlier.
7. Batman Begins -- Movie
   Definitely created with a large movie screen in mind, <i>Batman Beginsi> is fifty percent special effects, forty percent ingenuity, and ten percent "oops." No film with as massive a budget at this film was granted could come out of the gate without a few small tumbles, but the filmmakers should thank their lucky stars those tumbles don't doom the film. And far from being completely doomed in any area, this "Batman" throws a few unexpected elements the audience's way, making way for a new breed of comic book based action film. Relying completely on neither Batman's story nor the special effects wizardry, the film showcases an impressive hybrid of a film that tries to think and feel at the same time.
8. Bill O Reilly
   Former White House press secretary Tony Snow is apparently attempting to remake himself into the image of Bill O'Reilly. In a series of recent public events, Snow has adopted the mantle of the right-wing's perceived "secular-progressive" war on conservatives.

10. Britney -- Los Angeles
    A publicist for Spears at Jive Records, who earlier told Access Hollywood that Britney had not checked into a rehab facility called AH’s Executive Producer at home, late last night and apologized. The rep now confirms Spears did visit a rehab facility but did not stay. The Jive representative now ... told AH’s Executive Producer that Britney left Antigua with her manager Larry Rudolf. They flew by private plane to Miami and took a commercial flight to Los Angeles.
