On December 3rd, United Bank will be upgrading to a new online banking system. After this process is complete, clients that download transactions into Quicken will need to make a few changes in Quicken in order to continue downloading transaction information. Please click on the link below that corresponds to the version of Quicken that you use on your computer. The documentation provides step by step instructions on what you will need to do before and after the conversion weekend of November 30th- December 3rd.
Intersurvey, a Menlo Park-based communications agency, found that more Asian Americans are using online banking services than any other ethnic group in the United States. According the study, 23 percent of APIs bank online, compared to 13 percent of whites, 7 percent of blacks and 11 percent of American Indians, Alaskan Natives or Native Americans. Only six percent of the “other” category, including Hispanics use online banking.

According to a survey by Nielsen, only one-fifth of China's Internet users use online banking services at least twice or three times per week, and five-percent of the surveyed use online banking each day. In a contrast, the rate globally is 32 percent and 14 percent respectively.
