In consideration of the Online Banking service ("Service") to be provided by Peoples Trust & Savings Bank ("BANK"), as described from time to time in information distributed by BANK to its customers. In the agreement, "Customer" refers to the person(s) subscribing to or using the Service, the Customer agrees as follows. You may use a Personal Computer ("PC") through an Internet connection to obtain account balances and transaction information. You may ... use your PC to obtain statements on your accounts and to transfer money between your accounts. However, transfers from your savings and Money Market accounts are considered pre-authorized transfers, and pre-authorized transfers are limited to six (6) per monthly statement cycle by federal regulations.

As an alternative to FREE Chase Online Banking, you may directly connect to your Chase accounts using your Personal Financial Management (PFM) software such as Quicken, Microsoft Money, or Quickbooks. The fee for this PFM service is $9.95 each month. The following accounts qualify for a reduced rate of $6.95 per month: Premier Platinum Asset Management Account, Premier Platinum Checking, Premier Platinum Checking with Interest. There is no PFM service fee for Private Client Services and Private Banking customers.

The Bill Pay Service allows you to schedule bill payments through MainStreet Bank Online Banking. Bill payments cannot be made from savings accounts, IRAs, lines of credit, installment loans, or certificates of deposit, and, because of the limitations discussed in Section 5, bill payments may not be made from money market accounts.
