In an interview with attorney Zeev Friedman in Cleveland Ohio, the lawyer spoke about the need for drug makers to warn patients of serious and sometimes life threatening side effects. Attorney Friedman was referring to Eli Lilly product liability settlement with 18,000 lawsuits alleging the drug maker did not adequately warn patients that its anti-psychotic medication Zyprexa carries a heightened the risk of diabetes.
