The operator of this offshore gambling office, an expatriate American WESTERMAN who owns WESHTOD CONSULTANTS A/K/A WESHTOD CONSULTORES S.A., was arrested yesterday coming through U.S. Customs at Miami International Airport.
The U.S. has lost its case before the World Trade Organization (WTO) on offshore gambling. Does it change its legislation to comply? Of course not. But the U.S. expects other countries to obey WTO rulings. Especially rulings related to copyright.
