In years past, the horror stories of Occupational Safety and Health Administration paperwork violations were overwhelming. An example of this was the citations for missing Material Safety Data Sheets to contractors for such simple items as rebar and dishwashing liquid. The Standards Board’s objective is to adopt reasonable and enforceable standards at least as effective as federal standards.
