On March 14, 2007 Northwest Airlines filed a motion with the Bankruptcy Court to merge the Series C judgment claims into the proofs of claim filed by the IAM and IBT. NWA's motion does not address the validity, amount or priority of any claims relating to the Series C judgments. NWA seeks only to have all of the Series C claims merged into the claims filed by the IAM and IBT.
