Kaczka became chief financial officer effective Sept. 1. Kaczka joined Republic Engineered Products Inc. in December 2003 as vice president, finance. He served in the same capacity with Republic's predecessor companies since 1999, having added the treasurer responsibilities to his duties in February 2003. "We are pleased to expand Joe's role within Republic Engineered Products," said Jaime Vigil, Republic's president and chief executive officer.
