There is no requirement to maintain files or to audit the accounts and there is no annual return to be filed. Together with low government Licence Fee, and IBC in Niue is quite inexpensive. However, the Licence Fee must be paid strictly on the 31st of May every year. This fee does not depend on the authorised share capital.
