The Nissan Frontier Pickup is a truck that is well respected in the road. This vehicle is assembled by the Nissan Motor Company and started on the market as a no name vehicle. Eventually when the vehicle was redesigned it was assigned the designation of the Nissan Frontier. This is the first in a line of many reworked compact vehicles based on some of the smaller Nissan pickups. There are three trim levels available in the Nissan Frontier. These are the regular cab version that has a 2 wheel drive and the XE and the SE versions.

The Nissan Frontier is a model of pickup truck assembled by Nissan and sold under the Nissan brand name. Nissan was the pioneer of the compact pickup truck market beginning in 1959. Since then, Nissan is known for a number of notable firsts in the compact pickup truck market, including the first extended cab bodystyle (in the 1979 Nissan King Cab) and the first crew cab bodystyle, in the 2000 Frontier.

The Nissan Frontier race trucks came alive once again with two podium finishes in the PRO Light Pickup race, ending with Art Schmitt (2nd) finishing ahead of Chad Hord (3rd). In this race, Schmitt and Hord worked from mid-pack starting positions to the top three and Hord had to battle a power steering failure.

To look at the Nissan Frontier pickup radiator, it is amazing that it can stand up to the job it is designed for. Made from thin sheet metal, this elaborate water bottle measures about two feet wide and two feet high. Inside the Nissan Frontier pickup radiator is a core of narrow tubes which are easily clogged by rust and dirt. These run up and down amidst hundreds of razor-thin horizontal cooling fins, which tend to get bent easily.
