NICK Lachey had better keep a close eye on girlfriend Vanessa Minillo. The MTV hottie caught the eyes of Eric Staal and Eric Cole of the Carolina Hurricanes the other night at Marquee at the NHL season kickoff party sponsored by FHM magazine. Rangers goalie Henrik Lundqvist was there, as well as Peter Forsberg and Darius Kasparaitis, plus hockey fans Tim Robbins and his son Miles. But not even Minillo could hold the players’ attention when the Stanley Cup was unveiled for the first time with the two Hurricanes’ names on it. (source)

The couple didn’t pose in a joint Penthouse shoot, but they might as well have. Paparazzi in Mexico photographed them naked while on vacation. Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo’s hottub sex pictures still have yet to surface. We’ll have to settle with these for now. Even though Nick and Vanessa reportedly paid $400,000 to a mag so that these pictures wouldn’t surface, looks like some magazine named Toxic decided to post away.

Since his divorce, Lachey has been dating T.V. personality Vanessa Minnillo. As of April 2007, the couple officially moved in together, purchasing and apartment in New York City's Atelier Condo Building, as well as sharing Lachey's home in Bel Air, California. In June 2007, the couple was surreptitiously photographed nude while vacationing in Mexico. Lachey and Minillo sat down with OK Magazine to discuss the photographs, and along with the interview deal, OK agreed to purchase the photos for a reported $800,000.
