1. Ned -- Ned Kelly
   Like most outlaws Ned Kelly died young, being only 25 when he was executed. He was expert with a “running-iron” on stolen, unbranded stock, and was a deadly accurate shot with revolver or rifle. Surprisingly articulate for a self educated man, he was clannish, loyal to his friends and supporters, and had a sardonic sense of humour. He became an outlaw, hunted for almost two years before he was shot down and hanged. To the last, his mocking courage never deserted him and to be “as game as Ned Kelly”; came to symbolise, in Australian folk-language, heroism of a reckless, audacious kind.
2. Ned

   In his loneliness, Taliesin befriends the village piano instructor, an elderly man named Billy Evans (Ian Bannen, Waking Ned Devine, Braveheart). Billy is know in town as the local healer. He prays to God for healing, lays his hands on those who come to him, and watches God's power work. Though never expressing a faith in Jesus as Lord, Tal becomes fascinated with this unheard of miraculous faith and wants to sit at Billy's tutelage to learn how he can help people. Billy agrees, as long as Tal agrees to step up his efforts at learning the piano.
6. Patsy Kelly
   Two of Hal Roach's short-subject stalwarts, Patsy Kelly and ZaSu Pitts, are teamed in the Roach-produced feature Broadway Limited. The whole story unfolds on a Chicago-to-Manhattan express train; among the passengers are Hollywood starlet April (Marjorie Woodworth), her producer Ivan (Leonid Kinskey) and her wisecracking secretary Patsy (Kelly). Hoping to stir up publicity for April, Patsy and Ivan conspire to adopt a baby for their client. Trouble is, the authorities are convinced that the child has been kidnapped, causing no end of trouble for such innocent bystanders as engineer Mike (Victor McLaglen), bookish young doctor Harvey North (Dennis O'Keefe) and garrulous clubwoman Myra (Pitts). The film is stolen by infant performer Gay Ellen Dakins, who spends most of her scenes smiling at the camera, oblivious of the adult slapstickery. ~ Hal Erickson, All Movie Guide
7. Naomi Watts -- Heath Ledger
   Naomi Watts was among the stars that joined actor Heath Ledger’s family for a private memorial service in Los Angeles on Saturday night. The 39-year-old actress looked "visibly upset”, reports eyewitness at Westwood Village Memorial Park. The event lasted for 30 minutes and Australia's consul-general read a note from Ledger's father Kim. He will be buried in his native Perth, Australia, reports claim.
8. Geoffrey Rush -- Director
   "Life goes on," says Geoffrey Rush, who stars in "Quills," director Philip Kaufman's fictional film about the Marquis de Sade. "People will still hopefully go to the movies, though we have lost a few interviews because various newspapers are swinging over to the political spectrum."
9. Eric Benet -- Halle Berry
   Berry and Benet are not the only ones in trouble. Australian actors Naomi Watts (Mulholland Dr, The Ring) and Heath Ledger (The Patriot, A Knight's Tale) have ... decided to go their separate ways. The duo met on the sets of the Aussie production, Ned Kelly, and love just happened.
10. Mick Jagger -- Band
    Jagger ... has an acting career, most notably in Nicolas Roeg's Performance (1968) and as Australian bushranger Ned Kelly (1970). He also appeared in the spin off film 'All you need is cash.' Also known as 'the Rutles.' In 1978. In the early 1980s, Jagger was cast as a main character in Werner Herzog's Fitzcarraldo, however numerous delays in the film's notoriously difficult production resulted in him being unable to continue due to schedule conflicts with a band tour; some of the footage of his work is shown in the documentary Burden of Dreams. More recently he appeared as a persistent heavy in Freejack (1992) and in art films such as Bent (1997) and The Man From Elysian Fields (2002).
