Number one seed Anastasia Myskina did what was expected against the Polish youngster. The 15 year old played as if she was used to play on centre courts. With no respect to hold her back, she made Myskina run for the points. The top-seed didn’t play impressive tennis, due to Radwanska’s offensive game.

Anastasia Myskina announced her career with the Russian team is over; she will not take part in the Fed Cup. Reuters reports that she made the statement after she entered the second round of Filderstadt Grand Prix with the prize of $650,000.
