WLF said it intends to support efforts to dismiss the Montgomery County lawsuit, which it views as a "frivolous publicity stunt." WLF noted that a similar suit filed by the State of Vermont was summarily dismissed by a federal judge in that state; and that Vermont decided to abandon the case after concluding that it had virtually no chance of success on appeal.
