Adrian Monk is the protagonist of the television series Monk, portrayed by Tony Shalhoub. Now working as a police consultant, Monk still tries to convince his boss (Ted Levin), who has trouble dealing with Monk's eccentricities, to let him return to the force. Monk has several phobias which have been revealed throughout the series. In the sixth season episode "Mr. Monk and the Daredevil" Adrian reveals that he has 312 fears. Only 38 have been documented/shown throughout the series.
