ATLANTA, July 18, 2005 Equifax Inc. (NYSE: EFX) and MONEY Magazine are embarking on a joint mission to help consumers be proactive about credit management and smart about their financial health. Working together, these two respected industry leaders are giving today's credit active consumers easier access to personal finance resources and credit management tools to help them set and achieve their financial goals. Through this new initiative, consumers receive 12 issues of MONEY Magazine when they purchase select Equifax credit management services.

Money magazine ranked hospitals across the country for complication and mortality rates in 20 common medical conditions. The data was extracted from government databases and processed by HealthGrades, an independent organization that provides healthcare quality outcomes information for consumers and businesses. The list contains the top five hospital performers in each of five geographic regions.
