* Monarch Casino & Resort Inc. MCRI will replace ADVO Inc. AD in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on a date to be announced. ADVO Inc. is being acquired by S&P MidCap 400 constituent Valassis Communications Inc. VCI in a deal that is still pending final approvals. * American Campus Communities Inc. ACC will replace Trustreet Properties, Inc. TSY in the S&P REIT Composite after the close of trading on Monday, February 26, 2007. Trustreet is being acquired by General Electric Capital Corporation in a deal expected to close on or about that date, pending final approvals. * S&P 500 constituent Weyerhaeuser Co. WY is in the process of combining its fine paper business with S&P/TSX 60 constituent Domtar Inc. in an exchange offer scheduled to expire at midnight, New York time, on March 2. The new Domtar will be considered a U.S. company for S&P index purposes, but will not be added to the S&P Composite 1500 at this time.

The Atlantis is the closest hotel-casino to, and is directly across the street from, the Reno-Sparks Convention Center. The Atlantis features a Sky Terrace, a unique structure rising approximately 55 feet above street level and spanning 160 feet across Virginia Street with no intermediate support pillars. The Sky Terrace connects the Atlantis to a 16-acre parcel of land owned by the Company, that is compliant with all casino zoning requirements and is suitable and available for future expansion and growth. Currently, the Company uses it as additional paved parking for the Atlantis. The existing Atlantis site offers almost 1,000 guest rooms in three contiguous high-rise hotel towers and a motor lodge.
