Customers can access Contact Vault directly through their Virgin Mobile phones on the Virgin XL menu or through the web at http://www.virginmobileusa.com/ to manage and change the contact information online. Once customers subscribe to the service via their Virgin Mobile handset or Virgin Mobile's website, they simply download the application to their mobile phones. Once the application is available, it can be set to regularly synchronize the two personal contacts lists on a regular basis -- on a daily, weekly or monthly basis depending on one's preference.
