Oil heir Brandon Davis, ex of Mischa Barton and pal to Paris Hilton was kicked out of a hotel last night in West Hollywood according to USMagazine.com. The classy guy who coined the term ‘firecrotch‘ in reference to Lindsay Lohan, appeared to fall off the sober wagon at the Sunset Marquis Hotel.

Mischa Barton is bidding to escape with probation when she is sentenced for driving under the influence in April (2008). The actress was charged with DUI, possession of marijuana and driving without a license this week (February 27, 2008), following her arrest in West Hollywood in December (2007). On Thursday (February 28, 2008), a Beverly Hills court granted a continuance, but Barton’s lawyer Anthony Salerno is confident he can secure a deal for the star before the next hearing on April 10 (2008) - an agreement which is expected to involve probation plus alcohol awareness classes, reports PageSix.com.

(FROM TMZ) — Mischa Barton, the 21-year-old former star of The O.C., was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol early this morning in West Hollywood, Calif., after being pulled over by police for driving erratically. According to a press release issued by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, Barton was stopped at 2:46 a.m. ''after her vehicle was seen straddling two lanes of traffic and failed to signal when making a turn.'' Officers then arrested her when they determined that she was allegedly unlicensed and intoxicated. Barton was released on bail approximately seven hours later. The actress has kept a low profile — professionally, at least — since leaving The O.C. in 2006, acting in a handful of British films and independent productions.
