TMZ is reporting that Barton was pulled over for a DUI in Los Angeles at 3 a.m. this morning, at which point she was all charged with narcotics possession [Oooh, what kind? -Ed.] and driving with an expired license. Maybe she used her one phone call to reach out to Lindsay Lohan for advice? [TMZ]
