On the political front, Moore is a sterling example of the bankrupt values and morality of the Democrats on the liberal Left. Mike was accepted as a stand up celebrity for the Democrats in the 2004 Presidential election. He was the radical poster boy and icon of the Democratic Party with his slacker campaign. Unbelievably, he was accepted as an iniquitous front man for the top Democratic Presidential candidate John Kerry.

Since 1990, Moore has been married to producer Kathleen Glynn, with whom he has a stepdaughter named Natalie. They live in New York City and spend quite a bit of time in Traverse City. FYI...Steve Moore, the president of the Club for Growth, will be holding a press conference in Boston, MA on July 26th. It will be located at the John Hancock hotel and Conference Center, Room 303, 40 Trinity Place, at 11:30 AM. The purpose of this conference is to release a new public information ad on John Kerry's voting record.

In high school, Moore was involved in theatre and debate leading him to the revelation that he could get a ton of people to pay attention to him if he was both loud and argumentative. To make things worse, he was an eagle scout, an achievement he is, sadly, still proud of. Immediately after commencement, he ran for an elected school board position on the platform of firing the principal and vice-principal at the high school from which he had just graduated.
