Mega Man Zero: Weapons
built 629 days ago
Platform games often have a problem with repetition but Mega Man Zero paces things nicely. Your weapons, including the basic blaster, will improve with time. And the action is augmented by the fact that you get to collect Cyber Elves; sidekicks who offer special powers. These are attainable after each mission and they add a little flavor to the game because you can pre-load different cyber elves to cater to your or your enemy's dispositions. Some are as prosaic as rejuvenating the protagonist's health but others will directly aid Zero in combat.

Zero Knuckle: A weapon Zero gets in Mega Man Zero 4. It uses chips in either of Zero's hands to boost his strength. This weapon allows Zero to punch an enemy, and if he kills the foe, steal their weapon. When charged, Zero punches harder than before, but he cannot charge if he has an enemy's weapon.

Mega Man fought Dr. Wily Wang and his world conquests over 1,000 individual times. Dr. Wily, despite being a robotic genius, was mentally unstable and had a learning disorder. During each of his world conquests he created 8 gimmicky and malfunctioning robots that sat alone in their fortresses and cried until Mega Man showed up, during which time he'd own them because Mega Man is a godmoder. The biggest flaw of each of these robots was that their weapons could be absorbed by Megay Man and used against their brothers. This was because Dr. Wily was obsessed with gimmicky robots for no apparent reason.
