Mega Man 6: Wily Wars
built 246 days ago
Screenshot of the stage select screen of Mega Man 6 Wily fled to an all-new Skull Castle and Mega Man gave chase, fought his way through it, and defeated Dr. Wily in a final showdown. After the years of fighting, Dr. Wily was finally brought to justice and placed in prison with the proper authorities. As Wily can only quote, "rule over a prison cell," the world is finally at peace...for now.
Mega Man 3 was re-released as part of the Mega Man Anniversary Collection in 2004. This game was ... released with 16-bit graphics in 1994 as part of the Sega Mega Drive game Mega Man: The Wily Wars.

As with Mega Man 5, the same musical theme for the fortress stages was used for four consecutive levels, as opposed to using a theme for two levels and then using a different one. The same theme was used for all four levels of Mr. X's fortress, as well as the same theme being used for all four levels of Dr. Wily's fortress.
The Alien:[A]t the end of Mega Man 2 Wily uses a holographic alien to attack. This alien flies in a figure-eight and fires plasma-shots randomly at Mega Man. This particular boss is difficult to beat as it causes the player to lose half the amount digits in his/her energy-meter upon contact.
Eventually, Mega Man comes across Bass. Bass uses the Treble Boost, an upgrade Dr. Wily created for him out of Dr. Light's Super Adapter blueprints, to merge with Treble and give him more power and the ability to fly, much like the Super Adapter gives Mega Man. Despite the tipped odds, Mega Man defeats Bass.
