Trey Parker & Matt Stone Contrary to popular belief, Trey Parker and Matt Stone didn’t emerge out of the same womb. Although these gifted comedians sometimes seem to share the same brain, they were actually born thousands of miles apart. Randolph Severn Parker III got the ball rolling when he was born on October 19, 1969, in the snowcapped community of Conifer, Colorado. Two years and thousands of miles away later, Matthew Richard Stone joined the party when he was born on May 26, 1971, in Houston, Texas.

Trey Parker and Matt Stone are planning two new movies. First, "My All American", which will be a comedy set in high school, set for release in 2008. Second, "Giant Monsters Attack Japan!", which will feature "Men in rubber suits" as a homage to Godzilla, set for release in 2009.[1] Parker has ... most recently performed the theme song for the Adult Swim show Saul of the Molemen. On August 26, 2007, the New York Times reported that Parker and Stone had signed a contract with Comedy Central for three more South Park seasons after season 12, bringing the total to 15 seasons.[4]
Although born in Texas, Matt Stone was raised in Littleton, CO and he attended the University of Colorado at Boulder as a math major. As an undergraduate, he met filmmaker Trey Parker (who reportedly fed him slabs of roast beef) and eventually acted in Parker's first feature "Cannibal! The Musical/Alferd Packer! The Musical!" (1993), a fanciful retelling of the true story of an 19th Century prospector who ate several colleagues. When the film failed to find a berth at Sundance, it was shown at a midnight screening (and reportedly gave birth to the alternative Slamdance Festival).
