Marilyn Manson ... filed a countersuit against former keyboard player Stephen Bier[33] who filed a suit against the star in 2007. Manson is accusing Bier of breach of contract for showing up late to band recordings and promotional appearances. He is also accusing the former keyboardist of giving confidential band information to the media. Manson filed the papers in the Los Angeles Superior Court on December 19.
