According to Olson, other questions the Justice Department might raise in considering whether to grant Denise Rich immunity include: Will she assert spousal privilege, even though she and Marc Rich are divorced? What would be the extent of her immunity? Will she testify? "Are you going to give her immunity and she [still claims] spousal privilege?" Olson asked.
