Management Consultant, Yul Kwon, was the winner of the 13th CBS Survivor show. In the interviews after his victory was announced it was apparent that it was his management consulting skills that got him to the top. When asked what got him over the top, he said it was his ability to build consensus. He spoke of how he got people to do things by showing them how it was to their advantage.

McMillan began his business career in Chicago with McKinsey & Company, where he worked as a management consultant before joining Sara Lee as president and CEO of the Aqualux Water Processing Company in 1978. He assumed escalating responsibilities within Sara Lee Corporation, overseeing worldwide food operations and being elected to its board in 1993. Mr. McMillan became president and COO of Sara Lee in 1997, and was appointed chairman, president and chief executive officer in October 2001.
