Two versions of the Magician are available and they are functionally identical. The original Magician controls up to three Kodak Carousel® or Ektagraphic® projectors. The Magician/EP controls up to three Kodak Ektapro® projectors. Some of the advantages of the Magician/EP Ektapro projector combination include faster slide changes, faster slide positioning when re-syncing, automatic re-syncing if power is lost to any or all projectors, input power of 100 to 240 VAC - 50/60Hz, and automatic lamp change over if a lamp burns out. Up to 16 Magician or Magician/EP units (in any combination) can be connected together to control up to 48 projectors.
