Madonna's debut as a movie director will take place in Berlin in Febuary 2008. "Filth & Wisdom" was shot by Lady M herself last summer in various London spots including a strip joint. The 30 minute short film is rumored to be loosely based on her life as a struggling dancer in NYC in the late 1970's. The above is the official press release from the Berlin film festival.
