Tate Liverpool Tate Liverpool, located in the port city of Liverpool in the north of England, is one of the family of four Tate galleries which display selections from the Tate Collection. This comprises the national collection of British art from the year 1500 to the present day, and of international modern art. The other three galleries are Tate Britain and Tate Modern in London, and Tate St Ives, in Cornwall, in the south-west. The entire Tate Collection is available online.

The Turner Prize 2007 exhibition opens Tate Liverpool. It features work by the four shortlisted artists, Zarina Bhimji, Nathan Coley, Mike Nelson and Mark Wallinger. The winner of the prize will be announced during a live broadcast of the award ceremony on Channel 4 on the evening of Monday 3 December.
