Leonardo and Mona Lisa Initial reaction in Paris to the Mona Lisa's disappearance is decidedly one of denial. Many believe it is only a bad joke. When the Louvre reopens a week after the theft, thousands of Parisians file through the Salon Carré like mourners at a funeral. According to Jean-Pierre Cuzin, current Curator of Painting at the Louvre, "The public came just to see the void where the painting had been hung, just to see the nails which held her. Everyone thought that she was lost forever. She was a national treasure!

Lisa Simpson Lisa Simpson is the middle child in the Simpsons family and is without a doubt, the most ethical and intelligent member of her family. Lisa is in the second grade at Springfield elementary school where she excels in all subject areas. A truly gifted child, Lisa not only receives the top grades but is ... a talented saxophone player. Her mentor is the now deceased "Bleeding Gums Murphy" whom she had met and jammed with on several occasions.
In the Tracy Ullman shorts and early full length episodes, Lisa had interests equally as childish as Bart's, including comic books and burping contests. However as she got older, she became more stereotypically intellectual and began to regard such activities as juvenile, engaging in more mature pursuits. Lisa is quite eclectic in her knowledge and is notably more concerned with world affairs than her cohorts. Critics have ... pointed out that Lisa's situation alludes to the plight of real children, who are often underestimated by adults. Lisa shares her intellect and overachieving personality traits with other female members of the Simpson family ("Lisa the Simpson" revealed that Simpson males inherit a gene on the Y chromosome that prevents them from channeling their intellect). Lisa also deeply values her integrity, as demonstrated when she cheats on a test on The Wind in the Willows to attain her highest grade of A+++, but later admits her dishonesty to an unreceptive Principal Skinner.
Lisa had a great time performing 2 concerts for anime fans again in Idaho last weekend at Anime Oasis. In addition to many theme songs and originals, Lisa guest performed the Hikaru No Go theme song with dance troupe Kageshien.
Lisa has performed in over 100 film, television, commercial and theatre productions. Starting her career in Equity Waiver theatre, then completing her Bachelor of Arts degree at UCLA, Lisa went on to play the lead role of “Alice” in Nightmare on Elm Street 4, The Dream Master, directed by Renee Harlin. Due to the phenomenal box office success of Nightmare on Elm Street 4, Lisa played “Alice” once again in Nightmare on Elm Street 5, The Dream Child, directed by Stephen Hopkins. Since the Nightmare series, Lisa was a regular in the television series Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventures, Knots Landing, General Hospital and numerous guest starring roles. Some of her television highlights include her portrayal of “Carol Brady/Florence Henderson” in the TV movie, Brady Bunch…The Final Days, and Star Trek, The Next Generation, portraying the part of “Yuta”. This episode, “The Vengeance Factor” became so prolific, that “Yuta” is featured on the Star Trek Next Generation Monopoly Board!

Gaspard and Lisa, best friends, are stuck inside Lisa’s grandmother’s house one rainy afternoon with nothing to do. They try to bake a cake, until Grandma sees the mess they’ve made in the kitchen. Then, they start a game of tennis in the dining room, but Dad doesn’t like that idea at all. Turning the bedroom into a haunted house is not a big hit with Mom. Finally, Gaspard and Lisa decide to put a puzzle together. Hopefully, Grandma won’t mind if they cut up her rabbit-and-pheasant poster and put it back together again.
