Lino Ventura is a responsible father of his family who cares for his son, due to the fact that his son’s mother died, leaving only the two of them. Nonetheless, his son gives Lino the strength to keep moving forward in life. Currently his son is married and is a good man. However, Lino wants to keep working, as it is already a passion for him, and in the future he would like his son to inherit the business and keep growing it.

Lino Ventura est le fils de Giovanni Ventura et Luisa Borrini. En 1927, il est âgé de sept ans lorsqu'il quitte l'Italie avec sa mère pour rejoindre son père parti travailler comme représentant de commerce à Paris quelques années auparavant. Par fidélité à ses origines, il n'a jamais consenti à prendre la nationalité française, comme cela lui fut souvent suggéré. Lino Ventura parlait le français sans aucun accent, ayant passé l'essentiel de sa vie en France, et s'exprimait au contraire en italien avec une pointe d'accent français. Il quitte rapidement l'école et commence à travailler dès l'âge de huit ans. Il exercera successivement divers métiers : groom, mécanicien, représentant de commerce et employé de bureau.

Lino Ventura est né à Parme, ses parents sont exportateurs et quittent l’Italie pour s’installer à Paris en 1927. En 1942, il épouse Odette lecomte son amour de jeunesse. En 1950 il est lutteur professionnel des poids moyens, lino devient alors champion d’Europe, mais un accident l’oblige à arrêter sa passion.
