Hollywood star Lindsay Lohan is set to be the latest celebrity perfumer - she’s planning to launch her own scent. The star, 20, told fashion publication Women’s Wear Daily she was still in the initial stages of planning with the French fragrance house Coty.

JULY 24--Here's the mug shot Lindsay Lohan posed for this morning following her arrest in Santa Monica for drunk driving and cocaine possession. The actress, 21, was nabbed after cops spotted her SUV chasing another vehicle at high speed. After Lohan failed a field sobriety test, she was transported to the L.A. county lockup, where a pat down search turned up cocaine in her pants pocket. Lindsay Lohan is not getting her year off to a good start. The actress' lawyer has responded to a video posted Thursday (January 3) on TMZ.com that shows her drinking from a bottle of champagne while partying Monday night in Italy. Lohan was spotted drinking straight from the bottle at a party held during the Capri Hollywood Film Festival.

Lohan's three car accidents in 2005 made headlines. The first was a minor rear-ender, though the victims later threatened to sue her. She suffered minor injuries when a paparazzo who was following her for a photograph hit her car (police called the crash intentional, but prosecutors said there was not enough evidence to file criminal charges). Lohan ... struck a van in West Hollywood; police ruled that the van's driver made an illegal U-turn. When VH1 named Lohan "Big 'It' Girl" for its 'Big' in '05 Awards in December, it was, Lohan quipped, "because being Big in '05 means getting in three car crashes in one year, people!"

Remember that chick Lohan was hanging out and living with for a couple of weeks, the rich daughter of the Yahoo! CEO? It predictably didn’t work out between the two of them, not that anyone noticed. Star Magazine reports that Courtenay Semel, who was seen out shopping and hanging around with Lohan late last year, packed up and moved out of the home they were sharing in Hollywood. She was said to be jealous of Lohan’s other female “friends.”
