November 27, 2007 -- Lindsay Lohan and her dysfunctional family celebrated Thanksgiving with a day of group therapy. Then the recently rehabbed 21-year-old actress had some retail therapy with a shopping spree in on Fifth Avenue.

Lohan entered the Cirque Lodge alcohol rehab in Sundance, Utah following her second drunk-driving arrest in three months in July 2007. This is the third rehab facility Lohan has checked into this year after stints at Wonderland and Promises in California.

Lindsay doesn't have much choice as she is totally broke. The only reason she's coming back to LA, is to earn some money fast. She still thinks nothing of blowing thousands of dollars on a single night of partying. And the amount she has wasted putting cocaine up her nose is disgusting. Even she has lost count...Rehab does not come cheap and Lindsay has spent a fortune on it this year. Her first two stays there sadly proved a complete waste of money for her.

SISTERS IN ARMS Ali, Lindsay Yesterday, Radar revealed that the SCRAM anklet strapped to Lindsay Lohan since her exit from rehab last week was programmed to alert whomever she wanted it to. Now, TMZ reveals that her lawyer, Blair Berk, was the designee.

This is not the first time that Lohan, 20, has been in rehab. She spent 30 days in rehab at Wonderland Center in Laurel Canyon back in January and February of this year. At the time, she told Allure magazine that she didn’t think of herself as an addict.

Lindsay was arrested on July 24 2007 and released on bail for investgation of misdemeanor driving under the influence and with a suspended license and ... for felony cocaine possession. Her statement is " I am innocent, did not do drugs, they are not mine". Although she states that she is innocent I would like to bring up that police found cocaine in her SL65 when she crashed it in May and when they were booking her on Tuesday July 24 police found more cocaine in her pocket, but " shes innocent" and "theyre not hers". Lohan is being charged with posession of cocaine - felony, transport of a narcotic - felony, suspicion of DUI - misdemeanor, driving on a suspended license - misdemeanor, her blood alcohol level was between .12% and .13% California's legal limit is .08%. Lindsay's bail was $25000. Lohan is also facing other DUI charges for her Memorial day escapades where she wrecked her SL65 and had cocaine in her possession , she spent several weeks in rehab due to this event. Lohan could face some serious jail time for this. She is due in court in late Aug- Early Sept.
