Lindsay Lohan is back on the party scene! She was spotted tonight at a house party on Doheny in West Hollywood with some friends. The West Hollywood home once belonged to Aussie singer Natalie Imbruglia. Party-goers included Paris Hilton and Jason Davis, Luis Miguel, Brandon Davis. After leaving the party, Lindsay stumbled onto the street, almost falling down in a drunk stupor! Drinking again after rehab and AA meetings Lindsay?

Lindsay Lohan tried to offer an olive branch to Paris Hilton, leaving her nice phone messages in her 55 year-old heavy smoker’s voice. Lohan said she wanted to make peace with Paris after their longstanding feud over swapping Greek shipping heirs back and forth, re-infecting each other with various strains of communicable diseases.

Now all grown up, Lohan's night life with celebrity pals like Paris Hilton has become legendary. In October 2004 she was hospitalized with "a high fever", in February 2005 she was hospitalized with "chest pains", in January 2006 she was hospitalized after an "asthma attack". In July 2006 she was hospitalized with "heatstroke and exhaustion" while filming Georgia Rule with Jane Fonda, but after that incident witnesses said Lohan had been partying at a Hollywood nightclub the night before. James Robinson, CEO of the Morgan Creek studio, wrote Lohan a letter blaming her "all-night, heavy partying" for her chronic lateness and absences from the set -- and released the letter to the media. Similar accounts followed, of Lohan's social life causing delays on Herbie Fully Loaded and Bobby. In January 2007 she was briefly hospitalized for an appendectomy, her publicist said, and she was seen partying til dawn the day after her alleged surgery. Even Tara Reid has told reporters "Lindsay Lohan is way more wild than I was when I was her age."

Lindsay arrived at the party first. She made a beeline for the hit producer… and waved at him wildly over the barriers. Then Paris strolled in surrounded by a massive entourage and took up a seat directly opposite Li-Lo - and far closer to Timba. Clocking her rival, Lindsay began fluffing up her hair extensions and launched into verbal attack. After her outburst she flounced past Paris, giving the hotel heirhead a death stare. And taking a huge swig of Red Bull, she made her move - clambering over a sofa towards her prey.

Lohan's legal problems come on the heels of two other high-profile celebrity DUI cases that resulted in jail time. Paris Hilton served 23 days behind bars after she was found guilty of driving on a suspended license while on probation for an alcohol-related reckless-driving case. Nicole Richie was ordered to serve four days in jail stemming from a December DUI arrest. She checked in and out of the women's jail in Lynwood on Thursday after serving less than two hours.

Sadly, Lohan seems to be as addicted to those "toxic" people - including her "frenemy" Paris Hilton - as she is to parties. She was out Thursday night partying once again with Hilton, whom she alternately swears she hates and loves.
