After a few catfights with Hilary Duff and Paris Hilton, a bunch of car accidents, the release of two albums, and roles in a long list of films, this sexy star's burgeoning career and naturally red-headed locks are still burning bright.

The Los Angeles District Attorney's office formally filed charges against Lindsay Lohan today and as expected, Lohan was not charged with a felony. Although cocaine was found during both of her DUI arrests, and she fled the scene of an accident, Lohan faces seven misdemeanors and four days in jail. If the felonies would have been entered, Lohan would have faced several years in prison. TMZ reports:

In January 2007, about five months before she would be old enough to legally drink alcoholic beverages, Lohan checked into a Los Angeles rehab center. She was back in rehab in July, and again in August. While ensconced at the pricey Cirque Lodge rehabilitation center in Utah, she reportedly had sex in a toilet stall with another rehabbing resident, Tony Allen, a musician in the band Dead Stays Alive. Allen's wife, British millionaire Stephanie Allen, later named Lohan as "the other woman" in divorce papers.
