The Lexmark X560n ... includes software to help customers easily scan, share and organize documents. Customers can use the software to convert scanned documents to a standard PDF format or transfer a document's contents into a spreadsheet or word processing file using Optical Character Recognition. To help save even more time, the software allows customers to scan documents directly into applications on their PC.
